How do key pickup and check-in work? ▾
A dedicated host will greet you in person upon your arrival to hand over the keys, show you around the apartment, and point out how to access the swimming pool. They will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about your stay. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 1 hour before arriving at the apartment.
Cleaning fee ▾
A one-time cleaning fee of €100 is collected in cash upon arrival. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly ask that you have the exact amount prepared. This fee covers full professional cleaning, fresh bed linens and towels so your stay begins in total comfort. For longer stays, additional cleaning as well as extra bed linen and towel changes can easily be arranged upon request.
What is the cancellation policy? ▾
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in receive a 50% refund.
Are late check-ins supported? ▾
Yes, late check-ins are supported upon prior arrangement. Please stay in touch with us via WhatsApp and notify us of your exact arrival time at least 1 hour before you arrive. Please note that arriving late after the agreed time may incur an additional waiting fee of €20 for each started hour.
How do I get to the apartment from Alicante Airport (ALC)? ▾
The apartment is located about 35 minutes by car from Alicante Airport. You can reach us easily by rental car, taxi, or express bus (line to Torrevieja / La Mata). Upon request, we can also help you organize a private airport transfer.
